A Canadian Wildlife Poem

$ 6.48

How does a beaver warn of danger? Whats the advantage of being a tiny wood frog? Where do walruses like to live? Kids love to learn about wildlife, and the colours and textures of Max Elliotts mixed media art work make it even more fun to engage with a variety of Canadian animals, their habits and their habitats! Max has called the Rocky Mountains of western Canada home since 1980. She grew up on the southern prairies and in the northern boreal forest of Saskatchewan, and work and school have taken her to live on the west and east coasts of Canada. A love of walking in and observing nature has informed Maxs creations for decades, and here in her second childrens book she celebrates the beautiful, diverse ecosystems of Canada, with a focus on the wildlife they support.
