We do not accept any exchange nor refund unless it is a defect found with our products. Damaged or Defective Items: You must contact us about any damaged items within 30 days of the delivery date to qualify for resolution of the issue. Please contact us at [email protected] and we will be happy to help you. We may require a picture of the defective item and/or the original item to be returned when providing a resolution. If you are instructed to return the original item and it is not received at our Return Center, we reserve the right to reverse the refund or charge for a replacement item. In case you have any allergy, make sure to look closely to the ingredients before you place your order. Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange a product in that case.
